All PUI sunvisors are made to match the originals. They are constructed with metal rods that are welded into a metal sleeve.
The sleeve is then wire-stitched to a cardboard substrate. The Vinyl and padding are dielectrically sealed around the perimeter
to ensure a tight wrinkle-free appearance. The double-turned binding is then sewn to the cardboard to guarantee a clean straight edge.
They are completed by the addition of the chrome finishing clips
