We are closed Sundays and Holidays. We are open until 2:00 PM on Christmas Eve & News Years Eve. Check for hours on these Holiday Weekends: July 4th, Memorial Day, & Labor Day.

Q: SPECIAL ORDERS, DROP SHIPS & BACKORDERS

Special Orders are brought in specifically for you; therefore,they are NOT returnable. These items require a deposit. Drop ships are shipped directly to you by the manufacturer. Drop shipping a part allows you to get items more quickly. Most suppliers charge a minimal "drop ship fee". We have no control over when your parts will ship; after a reasonable amount of time has passed, we can contact our supplier to track your package. Drop ship items must be paid in full when ordered. "Sold Out" items, "Supplier Back-Order" parts, or "Special Orders" may require us to back order a part for you. Your Special Orders and Back Orders will be shipped as soon as possible; we ask for your patience when this occurs.

We have some used parts & rust free sheet metal in stock. Check the Used and NOS section online. Our "Restoration Parts" are available to purchase online. We have paper catalogs available listing parts for your 55-57 Chevy, 58-70 Impala, 47-72 Truck, 62-79 Nova, 67-85 Camaro, 64-77 Chevelle, and 70-77 Monte Carlo. Please specify the year & model of vehicle that you need the catalog for. These Catalogs can be downloaded from this Web Site.

Q: PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We offer check by phone payment for a $5.00 charge (with COD charges exceeding $10.00 per box, check by phone is a cheaper alternative). *Pennsylvania Residents must add 6% Sales Tax (Allegheny Co. 7%, & Philadelphia Residents 8% Sales Tax). Shops, please provide us with an Automotive Retail, Federal ID (FEIN #) or a signed Tax Exempt Certificate.

Q: GUARANTEES AND WARRANTYS

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a stock product or purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, credit or exchange. See the "Return policy" section for return instructions. If you have a defective part, call 724-265-2988 immediately. A Lutty's Chevy Warehouse representative can help you get a replacement. Do not try to alter the part in any way before calling. Test fit all sheetmetal BEFORE you sand or paint it. Sheetmetal is prone to small imperfections and typically requires minor body work for a finish quality. When a supplier offers a guarantee or warranty, we extend it to you. Actual freight costs are determined once the order is packed and ready for shipment. Payment is required before shipment can be sent. Small items can be sent Priority Mail at customer's request. Call in your NEXT DAY order before 2:00 p.m. EST, Mon. thru Fri. during regular business hours and your order will arrive on the next working day, excluding holidays and weekends (pending availability).

Q: TRUCK FREIGHT

Our shipping volume allows affordable "Truck Freight" costs for those LARGER items that are too big for regular UPS or Fed Ex ground shipping. Truck shipments should be delivered to a place of business, or to a truck freight terminal. Residential (home) deliveries typically cost about $40 more than commercial deliveries. Please call for a shipping quote on "Truck Freight" items. Sheet metal parts are susceptible to slight damage due to the nature of the product and the method of shipment. No credit will be issued for sheet metal that has small pecks, dings, scratches or other minor flaws. Any body panel (either reproduction or factory original) requires minor body work when installed for a show quality finish. DO NOT SIGN the Bill of Lading until you have inspected the package or packages for damage. Once the Bill of Lading has been signed, it becomes a legal document stating that the shipment was received in good condition. If the driver will not wait, sign as " NOT INSPECTED, DRIVER WILL NOT WAIT", your name, and have the driver initial it. This will protect you against any unknown damage contained within your shipment. If damage is found, see "shipping Damages" section for instructions.

Q: RECEIVED PARTS

Inspect all items upon receipt; if your parts appear to be damaged in any way, see "Shipping Damages" section . "I can't find the small item" ...happens daily!!! Look to see if it is taped to a larger item or box. This practice is used by our packers to save the little items from being thrown away with the packing. Also, when there are several small parts, they may have been put into a small bag to keep them together, or put in with another part. Still can't find it? Please call; we will help you.

Q: SHIPPING DAMAGES

  • UPS or FedX parts are damaged, call Lutty's Chevy Warehouse at 724-265-2988 with the damage information immediately. Shipping claims must be called in & filed within 3 days. Keep all of the packing material, as well as the box or packages. Due to UPS procedures, if any item is damaged and reshipped to us, UPS will be unable to process your claim (and we are unable to compensate you). We protect you by insuring all outgoing shipments.
  • USPS claims generally take longer to process than UPS or FedX claims We are unable to reship your merchandise until your claim is approved. We recommend UPS or FedEx for safety and reliability.
  • TRUCK FREIGHT merchandise MUST be inspected BEFORE signing the freight bill. This signature is a release that everything was received in good condition. The driver will wait for you to inspect your parts. If the driver will not wait, sign the bill of lading "uninspected" and have the driver initial. If you receive a TRUCK FREIGHT with damaged items, have the driver mark the delivery board "damaged". Check all parts for damage and keep all packing for carrier pick up. Call Luttys 724-265-2988 with damage information immediately. Replacement parts will be shipped as soon as we have your claim approval.
  • If your entire TRUCK FREIGHT parts order is damaged beyond repair, refuse the damaged items with the freight bill signed ”Damaged on arrival”. Call Luttys 724-265-2988 with damage information. Replacement parts will be shipped as soon as we have your claim approval.

    Q: RETURN POLICY

  • Call and speak to a representative at 724-265-2988. They will give you a return authorization number.
  • Make a copy of your invoice.
  • Write the authorization number on the invoice copy and on the outside of the box.
  • Prepare parts for return:
    1. Parts must be in original package with Lutty's bar code.
    2. Parts must be in original and salable condition.
    3. Place the copy of your invoice with the authorization number in the box.
